Dr. Rudolf Aunkofer is one of the leading experts and thought leaders in the context of digitization, data science, omni-channel & supply chain management in the ITC industry. He is also Founder and Director of the Institute for Information & Supply Chain Management (iSCM Institute) at the University of Applied Management. At GfK, he is responsible for business development in the area of IT as a business partner. He has more than 20 years of experience in national and international technology markets, is the author of a number of specialist articles on digitization, innovation and value networks and regularly gives keynote speeches on current topics in these fields. Rudi Aunkofer studied business administration at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and at the University of Regensburg, where he also earned his doctorate in the 1990s. He began his career at Siemens Nixdorf and AEG before taking over responsibility for setting up German, European and the global IT business at GfK.
